Captain Hamm was a base security captain for the X-13 research facility at Big MT.
Background[]
Hamm was informed by Dr. Calis about the creation of a sonic emitter which could disable the force fields used by security around Big MT. Hamm, in turn, later informed Dr. Calis about a shipment of cattle prods which arrived for the X-13 research facility, reminding him that since the force fields did not handle power fluctuations well, usage of live creatures should be undertaken only in the specialized creature testing facility.[1] Calis ignored this, claiming that he had everything under control.[2]
