Brother Hoberman is, or was, a member of the Church of the Children of Atom branch in the Commonwealth.
Background[]
He was sent by their leader, Mother Isolde, to investigate Brian Virgil and the threat that he may pose to them.[1]

- The note in which Hoberman's signature would be seen is torn, but his name is still present in the item name itself.
- A dead male Child of Atom can be found at the Decayed reactor site, immediately adjacent to the Crater of Atom. This may correspond to the missing Brother Hoberman, as this body is the only unnamed Child in the Glowing Sea.
