The Human Dignity Bloc was a voting bloc of Vault 11 in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background[]
In response to the social experiment of Vault 11, voting blocs were created to influence the nomination of potential overseer candidates. The main selection criterion for this bloc was ostensibly an indignity on the part of the candidate. This is evidenced by the case of nominating Donna Haley, accusing her of being an adulteress and communist sympathizer.[1]

The Human Dignity Bloc is only mentioned in Fallout: New Vegas. The Bloc's "There's a New Sheriff in Town" poster makes a cameo appearance in the Fallout TV series, erroneously placed as a faded pre-War billboard in Hollywood.
