Humbert was a man employed by L.O.B. Enterprises in 2077 as the security captain.
Background[]
After the United States government raided the main wing of the company's building, and captured several employees, Mr. Humbert was contacted by email. In the email, an unidentified executive brought the security captain up to date. Worried about sensitive information being divulged, the executive ordered Humbert into enacting security protocol C6-88.[1]
