Kael was a Big MT scientist participating in Project X-13, responsible for several breakthroughs in the stealth suit's software and firmware.

Kael's breakthroughs prompted Researcher Mori to give her a celebratory Battle Brew.[1] Kael's work was added to the project over the following weekend, which, in turn, allowed Researcher Redding to make a breakthrough by adding an advanced servo buffer to the existing leg rigs.[2] This great news, however, was followed by corruption in the virtual reality simulation, a situation caused by Assistant Paris' addition of the Jack and the Beanstalk reference. This massive issue was covered up by Paris, Mori, and Kael as to not be justifiably reprimanded by their boss Doctor Calis, a man whom none of them particularly liked due to his ego. Instead, they decided to lie to him directly by claiming the trouble was "power issues." Their deception was completely known to Dr. Calis, as his Server Sniffer program had a copy of their deleted intramail.[3] Before her apparent death, Kael managed to cause a major power failure in the VR simulation, by sticking a proton axe through one of the nearby terminal pillars.[4]
