Kathleen, also known as Kate, is Michael Angelo's assistant in 2281.
Background[]
Kate is the assistant of Michael Angelo, and helps to create the neon signs that light up the Strip. She has been assisting him for over a year, but she shares with the Courier that she does not like to be tied to one place for long, and plans to head back out into the wasteland.[1]
