Ozwaldo is only mentioned in the holotape, For Ozwaldo, hidden in Point Lookout's Dove Delta. His friend Benny hid a footlocker full of loot in the sand, but did not want the Hughes gang to get it.[1] Unfortunately, Ozwaldo dug on the wrong island and died as a result.
