Multiplayer[]

Is Fallout: New Vegas going to have XBOX LIVE Multiplayer capability? Because that would be amazing! All my friends think that aswell!!!! CGarman 02:13, February 23, 2010 (UTC)

I doubt you'd get an authoritive answer on a page discussing Chris Avallone, but I don't think its likely. Fallout RPG's are about a lone wanderer, and its using the same engine as FO3. Agent c 18:00, March 17, 2010 (UTC)

Comics / Knights of the Dinner Table / Stick Figure Theatre[]

Wondering if anyone had anything that might confirm the following hunch I have.

I've just picked up some back issues of Knights of the Dinner Table (Late 2009), and one "Chris Avallone" has contributed a few one-frame drawings that the editor refers to as part of his (Chris') "Stick Figure Theatre" Series. Apparently this Chris Avallone is very busy...

Just wondering if anyone had anything that might suggest that these are one and the same man (Given Chris' known history with Role Playing games, and KODT's focus is on Geekish persuits, and Avallone doesn't seem to be a common surname, I'm thinking its likely but I didn't want to change the bio without further evidence). Yup, it's him. It's Avellone, not Avallone, though. :) You can see some of his newer drawings on his MySpace. Ausir(talk) 18:24, March 17, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Rape allegations.[]

His Sicilian heritage, his high school and a photo of him at The Alamo are important for the page, but not actions he did during his time as a developer? He already got removed from a project he was working on, Allyourfavorites. This has and is going to affect his career. When cited for what he worked on, Fallout will be right there. This article is in the first 10 listings when you look his name up. Like it or not, he is tied to the franchise and actions he took during his time as a Fallout developer are in our purview to record.

Oh, and lock the page. As soon at the story really hits gaming media, it'll be vandalized. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 103.125.234.200 (talkcontribs) 21:29, June 20, 2020. Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

I'm not opposed to adding the allegations once they have impact (which, I agree, they probably will), but it should be covered in primary sources first. If you can provide a source of him being removed from a project because of the allegations, then that can go under his Career section, but the only sources that were added in the previous edit were Tweets about the allegations themselves. The only thing I can find from a quick Google search is a COGconnected article about the allegations. Don't get me wrong, I fully support those coming out with their stories, but we aren't a crystal ball and we shouldn't cover these kinds of allegations until there is coverage of them impacting his career outside of social media.
