At ease, Warrior. My name is Third Lieutenant Oleksandr "VeryBlackRaven" Vyshenskyi. I am from Kiev, Ukraine. I work as IT specialist.

My acquaintance with Fallout series began in 2001. I heard a lot of good reviews about the series from friends and decided to start from the beginning. First Fallout was like a revelation for me. It was my first true RPG experience and from that moment I consider myself an RPG fan. Of course I played Fallout 2 short after and the next one was Fallout Tactics. And although the latter was completely different from two classics, it was still a good game and I enjoyed playing it.

A little later, I downloaded a few utilities and unpacked/converted Fallout 1/2/Tactics resources with them. So I learned about the EPA, Burrows and numerous other interesting things. Still later, I watched with much interest after the development of Van Buren. The moment when the project was canceled was very disappointing.

Fallout 3 release led me, like many others, to The Vault. Since then, I remain here, trying to help as far as my modest capabilities allow. At the moment, my main area of interest are Fallout Tactics articles and generic maintenance tasks. Sometimes I just roam the Internet in search of some forgotten Fallout-content. Sometimes I have luck with these searches.
