As part of the Induced Patriotism Initiative, agents were tasked with "including covert and overt messages of extreme patriotism and loyalty into popular media."[1] Agent Webb was part of the effort to influence the music industry, and did so effectively, proposing additional ideas for targeting organized sports and difficult markets such as comic books and toys.[1]
