Willison was posted at the BADTFL regional office in 2077. Sergeant Dave Mallory was angered by Willison's recklessness as a "loose cannon" officer, and noted that the officer had a history of causing property damage.[1]

Willison is a reference to actor Bruce Willis and his portrayal of "loose cannon" NYPD detective John McClane in Die Hard, who also frequently caused property damage. The same terminal entry mentions Gibbs, a reference to Mel Gibson and his character, LAPD officer Martin Riggs, in the Lethal Weapon franchise.
