Fallout 2: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game is the sequel to the original Fallout game. Released in 1998, it was officially developed by Black Isle Studios, which by that point had become a full-fledged design outfit. The game revolves around the Chosen One, a descendent of the Vault Dweller of the original Fallout, leaving his tribal village of Arroyo in search of a Garden of Eden Creation Kit to end a terrible drought the region has been experiencing. However, when he returns, the Chosen One finds his village has been captured by the Enclave, who he must now stop once and for all. Overall, the game has more adult themes than the original, with drugs, prostitution, slavery and other vices becoming major elements of the setting.
