For the possible follower from Fallout 3, see Charon (Fallout 3). |
The following is based on information from Fallout Tactics. |
Charon is the tribal father, Elder of village of Brahmin Wood in 2197.
Background
Charon is a well tanned man of about forty years of age. He is muscular and lean for a man of his age. He understands that he has chosen the lesser of the two evils - Horus' raiders versus Eastern Brotherhood control. He is skeptical to the benevolence of the Brotherhood's intentions.
Some time later, raiders from a medium sized encampment on the outskirts of Freeport kidnapped Charon. A squad of Brotherhood initiates which had previously freed Brahmin Wood of raiders, managed to rescue Charon, killing many raiders in the process.

Notable quotes
"This must be the doing of the Brahmin God of Fate. With the bandits we trade away our present, in the Brotherhood we trade away our future. *Sigh*... very well Initiate, I fully agree to your terms, but I fear this decision will haunt me till I reach the Eternal Grazing Field in the heavens."
Appearances
Charon appears only in Fallout Tactics.
