I'm a bit disappointed. Originally the table of perks didn't mention the restriction on the types of weapons. I thought this was going to help me get my fiery explosion sneak attacks with the flamer more often. Bummer.

Is the intent that; "Though rifle weapons are generally more accurate, they cannot be kept as holdout weapons"? That it also means to say: "In addition to being a useful perk when employing light small arms(guns & energy weapons), taking this perk is especially helpful in areas where better, more powerful weapons are prohibited"? The commentary was added to illustrate that this Perk, used with an affected weapon, is still less potent than just using a rifle-grip gun, so you may not want to bother.

I think the condition for this perk is wrong. The perk tries to check if the target has detected the player (to see if it's a standard critical or a sneak critical), but instead, it checks if the player herself has detected herself. I think the GetDetected condition must be moved to the "Target" tab. Otherwise will always return true, as the player cannot detect herself. Can someone confirm this? I am not 100% sure. This perk doesn't just affect sneak attack criticals, it also affects regular criticals just the same. I tested it with multiple pistols with and without the perk and each and every time the test with the perk did more damage with both sneak attack criticals and regular criticals. On a side note, since I am making this build, can anyone confirm or deny that this perk works for That Gun? The list says the standard 5.56 works, but not That Gun? When combined with Cowboy, my gun choices are fairly limited, and That Gun would probably be a main option. Is the effect a Critical Damage multiplier? Or is it just a multiplier for the Final Damage? I'm asking because Critical Damage multipliers are applied before armor DT.
