Dr. C. Syverson (username Syverson.C)[1] Syverson was a former lead scientist of the Institute's FEV lab.
Background[]
Syverson was the head of the Institute's Forced Evolutionary Virus research since at least 2277, carrying out tests directly ordered by Dr. Zimmer of the Synth Retention Bureau. Syverson was unsure of why the tests had been ordered and noted that Zimmer was not pleased by the results.[1] Syverson died prior to April 10, 2286, and Dr. Brian Virgil became the new FEV research lead afterwards.[2]
