...I think most posts I've seen are marked "expansion required" ...that it only has "rudimentary" info about the topic. I can understand this if it's a broad topic like a quest or faction or a detailed location and the article doesn't say much--but simple, solitary items for specific uses? e.g. there isn't much to a crafting item beyond its use and what it may be found in (or cheated on the console), which, I think, is all there is to be said. Does the editor(s) who marks all these articles "expansion req'd" want a made-up 'backstory' for the item? I did so once for a chuckle, naming a manufacturer and concocting a brief historical narrative for the company. Tee-hee. But seriously, why are these bits of known info considered 'incomplete' when there really can't be any more to the subject? It's a piece of leather, etc.

Perl doesn't have circuitry I dropped by to see Perl in Vault 118 and she didn't sell circuitry. I did go and see Alexis at Vault 81 and she did have it in stock, so I updated the wiki page accordingly.
