Gathering Questions for Matt Grandstaff

Hey all! TwoBearsHigh-Fiving here, and I hope you all are enjoying your holiday. I was fortunate enough to get in contact with Matt Grandstaff, Community Manager over at Bethesda. So far it seems that he has agree to give me an interview, (After the holidays of course). I will be contacting him, but I wanted to give everyone a chance to submit questions for him, such as ones regarding community relations with the Fora and ect. Questions that are inappropriate will not be considered, and all questions directed to Mr. Grandstaff will come from this forum.
