The armor forge is a constructible piece of manufacturing machinery added in the Fallout 4 add-on Contraptions Workshop.
Characteristics
The armor forge is used to produce light, medium and heavy versions of the leather, metal and combat armor sets from junk items and crafting components stored in the machine's inventory. The machine requires 12 units of power to operate. What type of armor the machine produces may be changed using a connected terminal, however, the specific armor piece (chest piece, leg, arm) produced will be random. Conveyor belts and other machinery can be attached to the front and back of the machine.
