Ballistic Orbital Missile Base 003 (B.O.M.B.-003) was a space station being constructed by the United States Armed Forces and the United States Space Administration.
Background
The station was the third base being made to launch nuclear missiles on enemy nations. However, when the Great War of 2077 struck, the station could not receive further construction, and its parts were left rotting in the rocket assembly building of Bloomfield Space Center.
In 2253, in the canceled Van Buren, the Prisoner could restore Bloomfield's sub-reactor efficiency and get info about all of the B.O.M.B.s from the mission control computer.
