The baseball bat is a melee weapon in Fallout 76.

Characteristics[]

The baseball bat is a two-handed lightweight makeshift melee weapon with decent damage but a slow swing speed. It can be modified with a variety of modifications to increase its lethality.

Found baseball bats have a 98.54% chance to be the natural material, 0.24% chance to be cedar, oak, or mahogany, 0.12% chance to be black, blue, grey, or red, and a 0.06% chance to be All Star, indigo, pink, or yellow.

Locations[]

  • Three can be found inside Morgantown High School:
    • One directly across from the kitchen area of the gymnasium.
    • One in the cabinet directly to the left after entering through the front doors.
    • One in a bathroom stall next to the gymnasium.
  • One can be found behind the counter of a small bar on the northern side of Morgantown, a bit north of Vault-Tec University.
  • One can be found in the apartments directly north of VTU, on a crate in the second floor stairwell.
  • One can be found leaning against the wall to the left of the guest bedroom terminal on the second floor of Riverside Manor.
  • One can be found in the basement of the PI house on Fraternity Row. Bottom of stairs.
  • One can be found in a truck bed in Sutton, next to the dog house that has Clara's note to mom.

Notes[]

While it is possible to find indigo, pink, and yellow bats in Appalachia, those material colors are not available for crafting.
