Bill Levy was a janitor for REPCONN Aerospace at the REPCONN test site before the Great War.
Background[]
On Steve Reynolds' orders, he helped convert an old generator room in the REPCONN facility's basement into storage. When the job was finished, he notified Reynolds of its completion and gave him the password to a terminal within that room.[1] This room was later used to briefly store a misdelivered shipment of two gross of Stealth Boys.
