Bobblehead - Lockpick is a miscellaneous item in Fallout 3. It permanently improves the Lone Wanderer's Lockpick skill by 10, up to a maximum of 100.
Location
Found in Bethesda ruins, Bethesda offices east, on a desk with an active lamp.
Notes
The Lockpick bobblehead is the only bobblehead which does not actually "bobble" once collected.
