Brahmin meat is a consumable item in Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, and Fallout 4.

Background

Although irradiated, brahmin meat has become a staple protein source in the post-apocalyptic diet for many denizens of the wastes. Brahmin herding makes up the backbone of the New California Republic economy and in turn, created the New Reno NCR brahmin rustling economy.
