Brandice's house is the former home of the Brandice family located in Grayditch. It is across the street from the Wilks' house.

Layout[edit | edit source]

First floor[edit | edit source]

The front door opens to the vestibule. Walking inward, the living room has access to the kitchen, restroom, and the stairway to the second floor. In the kitchen, there are a few caps on the table, and a fridge concealing a toolbox with a .32 Pistol behind it. In the restroom, there is a medical box mounted on the wall. The stairway will take you to the second floor.

Second floor[edit | edit source]

This floor consists of only a bedroom. Brandice's terminal (easy) is on the desk. Next to the terminal is an active radio playing Enclave Radio suggesting that Brandice's father was either spying on the Enclave or used to be a soldier for them (possible suggested information from Bryan Wilks). The bed is not owned, and can be slept in.

Notable loot[edit | edit source]

  • A missile launcher and missiles in a Hard locked footlocker in William Brandice's bedroom on the second floor. The key can be found on Brandice's corpse in the Marigold Station. A sawed-off shotgun can be found behind their fridge after you hack the terminal in their house.

Appearances[edit | edit source]

Brandice's house appears only in Fallout 3.
