The Broadcast tower PN is an unmarked location in the Capital Wasteland in the year 2277. It is located west of Charnel house, northwest of Smith Casey's garage, and northeast of Rockopolis. After turning the power source of the tower on, it broadcasts Signal Papa November to the near vicinity.

Background[edit | edit source]

Fallout 3: Game Of The Year Edition – Official Game Guide p.383:

North from Smith Casey’s Garage is a radio mast you can easily access via the open mesh gates or by heading over the rocks.
Locate the electrical switch to find the Drainage Chamber Sewer Grate.

Layout[edit | edit source]

Exterior[edit | edit source]

Following the road from the military checkpoint and tent near Smith Casey's garage north-northeast, the Lone Wanderer will find a small hill, fenced off with an unlocked gate, where the broadcast tower stands, along with a transformator and an electrical switch to turn on power and activating the signal.

Drainage chamber[edit | edit source]

The sewer entrance to the drainage chamber is on the other side of the road, just opposite the gate, down the rocks. The chamber is nothing more than a small sewer with a ham radio, food items, junk, a copy of Pugilism Illustrated, and the remains of a person, presumably seeking shelter here some day.

Notable loot[edit | edit source]

Appearances[edit | edit source]

Broadcast tower PN appears only in Fallout 3.
