Carl C. Magee (January 1872 – February 1946) was an American lawyer and publisher. He also patented the first parking meter which was installed for use.

This often overlooked inventor had his portrait, among other overlooked American inventors Richard G. Drew, James Ritty, and Mary Anderson in a gallery at the Museum of Technology in 2077. Unfortunately the gallery has since been reduced to the frames and a placard by 2277.[1]
