Carlson's guards are a special detachment of NCR Police in Fallout 2.

These heavily armed police officers are virtually indistinguishable from others, save for the fact that they guard the Presidential Mansion, where Vice President Frank Carlson resides.

  • Murder Carlson in NCR.: The player needs to talk to the guard in front of the forcefield to access the compound (Presidential pass is required), but beyond that they are not involved in the quest at all.
