Ms. Wallace was accusing Ms. Franks of being a "...spy for those damn Red bastards!"”— Harold Callahan
According to Harold Callahan's terminal entry on August 16, 2077, Carol Wallace was accusing Isabelle Franks of being a spy "for those Red bastards" and seeing her talk with a Chinese spy. Franks said it was just her talking to her husband about weekend plans. The fight was then broken up and both were sent home by their supervisors.
