I was always the guy who could get things, if you know what I mean. Figured I might as well keep on doing it.

Carter is a Powder Ganger in Fallout: New Vegas in Fallout: New Vegas.

Background[edit | edit source]

A former casino worker from New Reno, Carter alleges he was sent to the NCRCF for reforming through labor after a pit boss framed him for stealing caps.[1][2] Carter adapted well to life on the inside and became the gangers' trader.[3] He stayed due to a lack of a better choice. He'd wind up inside or dead if he stepped out.[4]
