Case, .357 Magnum is a crafting item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics
This item is used as an ingredient to create .357 magnum round on the workbench along with Lead, Primer, Small Pistol and Powder, pistol.
Locations
- 3 to 9 casing can be found on the dead body of an enemy that was wielding a Cowboy repeater or a .357 magnum revolver at the time of their death.
- When you fire a weapon chambered in the .357 round, there is a 30% chance you'll get a casing and a 15% you'll get a casing if you're using the JFP round.
- You'll get 25 .357 casings if you buy a .357 magnum case box.
- Traveling merchants occasionally sell a small amount of these.
