After taking the quest, go to Badger and ask him to hack into Shi's computer. You can both ask for fuel transfer and copy of the plans. After that go to hacker near the shuttle and tell him porn star likes him. Then ask for fuel. Return the the ship wait 24 hours. Talk the badger again.

The displacer glove is a weapon in Fallout: New Vegas.

Characteristics

The displacer glove creates a shock wave upon impact similar to the one made by the Gauss rifle, both dealing a large amount of damage and pushing a target back. It does this apparently via a sonic boom, shown by the speaker on the knuckle.

  • Despite a small energy cell being clearly visible in the glove, it does not require any ammunition, just like the ballistic fist which has a built-in shotgun.
