The ceramic dinner plate is a junk item found across the Capital Wasteland in Fallout 3.

A round, shallow dark brown plate. It is useful only as Rock-It Launcher ammunition. Although its appearance is identical to a white plate, it is far rarer. It has the same weight and value as many other junk items.
