I'm curious at to why this particular snow globe is in the Lucky 38's cocktail lounge. Maybe it was supposed to be at the Old Nuclear Test Site at one point? Sangheili1024 09:27, February 28, 2011 (UTC)

I've left a message on your talk page, but to anyone else out there, I believe its a reference to Howard Hughes' complaints about Nuclear testing shaking his penthouse:
PAGENAME was the only surviving victim of the Pint-Sized Slasher, a pre-war serial killer. He is mentioned in one of the articles at the Capitol Post building.

:Actually, Jane mentions that this particular snow globe was already in Mr. House's collection, but was lost when the collection was moved. Evidently, it was misplaced behind the register in the cocktail lounge.

PAGENAME is mentioned in Fallout 3 but does not actually appear in the game, he is only mentioned in the Capitol Post.
