Clinic guards are guards hired by Doctor Usanagi to serve as security for the New Vegas medical clinic in 2281.
Background[]
Dr. Usanagi's clinic guards are two Followers guards that are better equipped and armed than their counterparts at the Old Mormon Fort and elsewhere. They are charged with protecting the staff and patients at the clinic, and will turn hostile if anyone inside is harmed. They can be described as a variant of mercenary because they have no special interactions with the Courier.
