Dagger's Point is at the end of a peninsula due East of The Bend Bridge and North West of Virgin River in Zion Canyon inside the add-on Honest Hearts.
Layout
Dagger's Point is an external landmark that can be accessed from the Virgin River. A low-lying strip of land, Dagger's Point lacks anything of interest. Upon closer inspection of the rock in the picture you will see two skeletons and a half buried duffle bag with random loot. This duffle bag can contain a multiplas rifle and other various items. And just to the north following the land is an explosives crate near some brush, containing C-4, pulse grenades and more.

Dagger's Point appears in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.
Bugs
Dagger's Point may not appear on the compass, even after discovered.
