Background
Spielman was a technician working within the West Tek research center, responsible for the equipment used to assist with research into the Forced Evolutionary Virus. Along with Carl Wurth, Spielman remained at the research center following the events of the Great War and neutralized the FEV held within the storage tanks at the request of Supervisor Bardwell.[1]
