Background[edit | edit source]
Dhal is a thin, lanky man in his early thirties. His face, which has distinctly feminine features, is painted white with dark rings around the eyes and mouth. His hair has been pulled in all directions and he reeks of tobacco and herbs. He claims to speak with spirits.
Interactions with the player character[edit | edit source]

If asked for assistance, Dhal gives the player Rad-X. He also mentions that there is some RadAway in the trunk inside his hut, should a squad member suffer from radiation poisoning. If the warrior succeeded and village remains safe, Dhal recites a prophecy that, one day, "The future of this land can ride on your decisions, or you may let another decide. He is your brother, but he will be reborn." This prophecy alludes to General Simon Barnaky and the game's final mission.
Inventory[edit | edit source]

Notes[edit | edit source]
- Interestingly, Dhal was supposed to be a woman, according to the game's files.
Appearances[edit | edit source]
Dhal appears only in Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel.
