Melissa Lewis is a Great Khan living in the Mojave Wasteland in the year 2281.

Background

Melissa is the daughter of Chomps Lewis and a member of the Great Khans. She was not born a Khan, but joined them after going through harsh initiation rituals. She and two other Khans are awaiting a chems shipment at the Great Khan encampment above Quarry Junction.

Quests

  • Don't Make a Beggar of Me: Melissa needs to deliver a shipment of chems, but she and her crew couldn't get past the deathclaws, so she sends you on the errand.
  • Oh My Papa: Melissa is one of four people that Papa Khan will listen to, meaning she can tell him that the alliance between Great Khans and Caesar's Legion is a bad idea.

Notes

  • If the Courier has still the quest "They Went That-a-Way", you have the option to tell if her Great Khans were with Benny. She will tell you that they didn't or they would tell her.
  • Melissa has a New Zealand accent, so it is possible that her deceased mother (who is mentioned by Chomps Lewis) was of New Zealand descent, as Chomps mentions that Melissa has a lot of her mother in her. This background would also be consistent with Khan history given that the raider gang originated from the rich multicultural diversity of Vault 15.
