Doctor Elias Khan was the head research scientist at the West Tek research center in Appalachia before the Great War.
Background[]
Doctor Khan was the chief scientist at West Tek's Appalachia facility, and was responsible for allowing access to the FEV recombinator, which only genetic technicians with at least level 5 clearance and prior clearance from him were allowed access to.[1][2]
When West Tek shifted goals, Khan took over and the company began to do things such as infect the water supply of Huntersville just to observe the effects.[3]
