Background[edit | edit source]
Elliot Nesting is the self-appointed leader of the ghouls. He is a soft-spoken, wise, ghoul whose guidance has allowed the ghouls to exist in relative peace in Quincy. Elliot is a pacifist, but he knows enough about politics to know when words will fail and that it is time to let their guns do the talking.
Interactions with the player character[edit | edit source]
Interactions overview[edit | edit source]
This section is needed but has not been written yet. You can help The Vault by writing it.
Elliot requests aid from the warrior, to defend against the enemy raids (which include a deathclaw) and save his brother. If most of the ghouls are saved, he will devote resources and recruits to the Brotherhood cause. If his brother is saved too, then the player will have access to a full roster of Quincy recruits after the mission.
General Barnaky does not seem to like it, though.
Inventory[edit | edit source]

Appearances[edit | edit source]
Elliot appears only in Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel.
Bugs[edit | edit source]
- Elliot is loaded up with 9mm rounds instead of the proper .44 Magnum rounds for his Desert Eagle. As such, he can't use it when he blows through his shotgun ammunition.
