The Empty sap container is a miscellaneous item that was cut from Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Presumably, this item was intended to be given to the player after using Birch's sap during the quest Oasis, but was cut from the final version of the game. The data for the item still exist in the game files, however.
