Fallout 76 legendary weapon effects

Fallout 76 weapons can have various legendary effects. They are dropped at random by epic enemies or received as rewards for completing quests.

Tier 5 effects

These are reserved for use on a select few unique weapons, and they take up the same slot as a tier one legendary. The "Active" effect is used on Civil Unrest, the "Dangerous" effect is used on Bunker Buster, and the "Healthy" effect is used on All Rise.
