The cultist headpiece and cultist hood are two pieces of headwear in Fallout 76.
Characteristics[]
They are pieces of headwear worn by the Cult of the Mothman. The two items are cosmetic and are worn on top of any other equipped armor.
Locations[]
Both items can be purchased in the Atomic Shop for 500 
as part of the Cultist Bone Headpiece set or for 1500 as part of the Mothman Outfit Bundle, and crafted at any armor workbench.
