The burned bodies belong to a small settlement of wastelanders that lived in the Mojave Wasteland in 2281.

They are found at the tribal village, having been killed by the Fiends' leader during the events of All Roads. They are burnt due to the leader having been equipped with a flamer, prior to Chance destroying it.

When traveling back to the tribal village, they will respawn alive with only a few bars of health. They can be rescued, but they are always hostile to the player character, and they gain Karma for killing them. They also use Fiend voice lines. [verified]
