Dr. Zorbo[]

Dr. Zorbo's Revenge is nigh!Fallout 76 Zorbo's Revenge season description

Thirty thousand years ago, Dr. Zorbo defeated Orcos, Archon of Osteopolis, in some sort of wager. Winning by technicality, he acquired Orcos' immortality cuffs. Orcos would grow to have a rageful hatred of Zorbo. This hatred evetually subsided as the millennia passed, and Orcos eventually became "Skellscream," undead bounty hunter.[8]

Zorbo, "Emperor of the Universe," would eventually lose his title and empire at the hands of Captain Cosmos during The Legendary Run. This caused Zorbo to travel the cosmos seeking allies to build his latest superweapon, The Star Mangler, and finally defeat Captain Cosmos and destroy the planet Earth.[8]

Baron von Longneck[]

Heir to the Longneck Corporation, a galactic mega corporation, Baron von Longneck is an anthropomorphic giraffe and megalomaniac. With his corporation's business stalling, he attempted to blackmail Dr. Zorbo with incriminating and embarrassing photographs taken by well paid agents. The baron would pivot into becoming the company's chief celebrity icon, only to be recruited as an ally for Zorbo, so that he and his mega corporation could fund and manufacture the Star Mangler.[8]

Floating Face Farah[]

From the planet Ketson Prime, Floating Face Farah grew increasingly disillusioned with her fellow Kestons' arguably useless scientific advancement culture. Seeking an opportunity for her inventions to actually be used, she joined Dr. Zorbo during Zorbo's Revenge after forcing her way into the interview room and defeating him in combat. This impressed him enough to declare her his "Lord of Destruction."[8]

General Confusion[]

The cyborganic overload of the planet Sbibulour, General Confusion is aptly named, constantly and consistently operating on the opposing view of whatever he has heard or seen. While planning an invasion, or trying to, Dr. Zorbo infiltrated Sbibulour's military headquarters to recruit him as an ally. After a failed confrontation, and having to get out of the many unlabeled deathtraps within the room, the pair traveled to the ocean world of Mul, to acquire the phlogiston drive. After botching the infiltration, as well as a fight between the pair and the mob boss Octosaw, he would retreat, leaving Dr. Zorbo to acquire the drive and recruit Octosaw as another ally.[8]

Octosaw[]

A mollusk mob boss of the planet Mul, Octosaw was recruited as an ally of Dr. Zorbo when they came to terms after a shared theft of the phlogiston drive. Dr. Zorbo convinced him to hand it over in exchange for power and wealth in his reclaimed empire.[8]

Opus and Ombra[]

Two heads better than one? How bout four guns better than one!Fallout 76 Zorbo's Revenge season description

The genius scientists Opus and Obra come from dual worlds of Wye. Like all Wyeans, they were biologically joined with a counterpart of the opposing planet at birth as part of a policy for greater unity. In constant competition with each other, Opus and Ombra would come to blows with each other. While they were distracted, Dr. Zorbo tried to steal their dual-core, binary-fusion processor technology, to power the supercomputer of his new superweapon, the Star Mangler. Being caught in the act, Dr. Zorbo managed to turn the tables, convincing them that he could use the better of the two to join his team as an ally. Each seeking to prove superior to the other, they bought the act, joining his team.[8]

Skellscream[]

Thirty thousand years ago, Dr. Zorbo defeated Orcos, Archon of Osteopolis, in some sort of wager. Winning by technicality, he acquired Orcos' immortality cuffs. Orcos would grow to have a rageful hatred of Zorbo, seeing the technicality as a cheat. He eventually would acquire his immortality back in a different manner. Due to his loss, he was ostracized, exiled and cursed, becoming "Skellscream, the haunted howler." The most fearsome bounty hunter among the undead, Skellscream's hatred would subside as the millennia passed, and he eventually would be recruited by Dr. Zorbo to help him defeat Captain Cosmos during Zorbo's Revenge, only because he saw it as an amusing challenge to defeat the man who defeated Dr. Zorbo.[8]

  1. First Edition Fallout 3 Official Game Guide Collector's Edition pp.493-494: "My dad told me I came out the wrong way, and mom was taking a lot of Jets, and no one knew. That dead guy Butch, well, he thought I was a mutant freak, but I'm not. Still, he wasn't laughing and pointing when I stood back and watched his mom get eaten, was he? After the teasing became too much, I just withdrew, and played with my Teddy called Ted. I started reading this really awesome book about this ancient dude called Nikola Tesla, and I snuck about, picking locks. Not as well as that Bob creep, but I get by. I'm smart and quick, despite the lisp. When I left the Vault, it seemed everyone loved their bullet-based weapons. Gah, it was so, y'know, 21st century, right? Every last Cap I found got spent on ammo for these cool laser weapons."
"Everyone thought I was nuts for using high-tech gadgets in a world without running water. I knew they'd all be vaporized by them. It was just a matter of time. I checked every nook and every cranny. It took some time, but eventually I started making some real Caps. I checked out Hubris Comics, and gave myself a makeover based on that nemesis of Captain Cosmos, the Jester. I was no longer a fished-necked weirdo with a terrible and expensive gun. I was a green-haired psycho with a A3-21's Plasma Rifle. I got it by tracking down a wayward android. It was the best move I ever made, although it made me into a complete outcast."
"I wasn't trying to be evil, I just wanted to make some quick Caps, and keep to myself. People were still idiots. Yeah, I know I have a ridiculously huge mouth and beady little eyes! My Ted never seamed to mind. But I'd lost Ted, my one true friend. So I made a point to find every single Teddy I could, in case one of them was Ted. I bought a stuffed dog for my apartment that goes with my pre-war decorations, and stroked him until his fur fell out. But as my wealth and skills grew, and I found more of my favorite and rare items, I could take down squads of Super Mutants without breaking a sweat."
"Great talking to you, Moira, but I gotta go; there's a place called Rockopolis, and I have to find it. Maybe Ted is there."
  2. Fallout 3 Official Game Guide Game of the Year Edition p.91: "Pint-Sized Slasher
A myth used to scare children who misbehave, the Pint-Sized Slasher is said to appear from a dog kennel at dusk to chase the children around with a Toy Knife. The Pint-Sized Slasher has been the second-best-selling Halloween costume, topped only by Captain Cosmos."
