Robin Atkin Downes is an actor who voiced Deputy Beagle, Mister Gutsy robots and some of the generic super mutants in Fallout: New Vegas.
In Fallout 4, he voiced Finn and Sinjin, as well as Overboss Colter in its add-on Nuka-World.
Aside from being a prolific voice actor for video games, he has also had a number of screen roles, including Byron in the TV series Babylon 5.
