Fallout 2 description

Flower Child is a Fallout, Fallout Tactics and J.E. Sawyer's Fallout Role-Playing Game perk. It does not appear in Fallout 2. This perk later became Chem Resistant in Fallout 3.

Effect[edit | edit source]

Reduces addiction chance and withdrawal duration by 50%. Useless, as chems are rarely a good option and addictions clear while traveling on the worldmap.
