Is completing For Auld Lang Syne the only way to increase Arcade Gannon's Energy Weapon skill (among others) to 100%? If I read that quest correctly, I lose Arcade as a companion after completing the quest, which means I never get the benefit of his increase in skills as my companion? It only helps as he fights in the final battle as an independent NPC? He's only half as good as all the other companions?
That blows, if true!
I guess I could use the Lucky 38 exploit, but then I don't get the family armor, short of a console hack.
