Frank Davidson was a manager of the Commonwealth regional headquarters of the Vault-Tec Corporation in 2077.

Background

Davidson was the manager for Vault-Tec's regional headquarters, and a company man who had severe anger problems... at least that is what his employees thought. In reality he was a dangerous psychopath. He once broke a pool cue over Roger's head because he stood too close to the table when he was taking his shot. Roger would continue to have hearing issues in his right ear for months.[1]

Furthermore, in his personal log he notes that when Sharon accidentally spilled coffee on his shirt (on October 13) he had a burning desire to stab her in the throat with his pen,[2] which he eventually did on October 19,[3] (hiding her corpse and the murder weapon behind some crates in the corner basement warehouse) writing that he had the same desire to "discipline" Mr. Reid for continually bringing up his vault theory.[4]

On September 29, 2077, Martin Reid began to uncover that not all was right with his employers. Spotting several odd shipments to the vaults under their purview,[5] he immediately took his discovery to his boss, Frank Davidson. Davidson noted in his personal log two days later that the company wouldn't do anything of the sort.[6]

Appearances

Frank Davidson is mentioned only in Fallout 4.
