The ghoul manager is an inhabitant of Necropolis and manager of its hotel in Fallout.

Background[edit | edit source]

The manager is the person in charge of the Hotel, where caravans of the Crimson Caravan company drop off their water deliveries. He is one of the less friendly and personable ghouls of Necropolis, a result of spending too much time in the sun, apparently.
